Cruises and Visitors' Jetty

Finland is rightly called "the land of a thousand lakes", and Kuopio lies in the middle of the beautiful Finnish Lakeland.

In the summer, visitors can come to Koivumäki Manor on a lake cruiser, or in their own boat, along the scenic waterway. Chartered cruises from Kuopio Harbour are available for groups on MS Princess Anne, for example. The cruise takes you across the lovely Lake Kallavesi and into the beautiful bay of Hiltulanlahti.

A new jetty was built in 2009. The cafe and restaurant services are available for individual boaters from Monday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
